Podcast Episode 2 - Coast to Coast Ramblings

Its finally here: The second episode and its only taken me 9 months get it out - truly (un)remarkable!

I want to start by saying a big thanks to the guys who left me comments/emails from the first episode and especially Bob Cartwright who provided much needed advice and motivation. I have to say I underestimated how much work goes into podcasting in a big way.

Moving on.........

In this Episode, despite my initial reluctance, I've put together the audio recordings taken on my mobile as Paul and I set out on our crossing of Scotland. They are by no means great but I think I've just about cleaned them up to be tolerable.

**Health Warning**

There are no gear reports (despite my my repeated promises to the contrary) and the content of the recordings is nothing short of ridiculous at times. Please don't expect to come away from this feeling in any way fulfilled as this will only leave you disappointed! What this episodes really intends to do is provide a light-hearted trail journal to back up the trip report that has already appeared on the blog. Search 'Evanton' or 'coast to coast' at the top of the blog to find those if you missed them.

As always I value your feedback and I promise things will start to become a little more interesting and professional for episode 3.....maybe.

Enjoy.

Loved it.
Encore! Don't apologise for the ramblings - they are the best bits!

great podcast, sound was fine i reckon, great for phone recordings. Nice and light hearted, gear isn't everything by a long way, nice to hear people having fun with their trip, and their reports!

nice one

Only just come across your podcast and enjoyed listening to part 2 whilst driving home last night. Just listening to part 1 now in the office.

Cheers Andy, glad you liked them. I've been toying with doing some more now that I have decent recorder but I've not yet assessed the quality of the content on the recent Norway trip - but you never know!
